SWEAT&RESET

Stress-busting, non-contact, not-for-profit adult boxing classes.

Sweat&Reset was IYC’s weekly boxing class for adults.

 

These friendly, non-contact boxing classes were designed to help people overcome feeling frazzled and disconnected, and leave feeling stronger, energised, and ready to make the most of their week.

 

Our expert coaches schooled the class in proper boxing technique, finishing with ten minutes of accessible mindfulness practice, working both body and mind to support wellbeing.

And for even more of a feel good glow, all profits from the class were reinvested to support our life changing mental health projects for local young people.

Meet your coach

Aleks Toskov is a boxing coach, former professional Muai Thai and K1 fighter, and experienced personal trainer. Aleks believes that boxing is for everyone, and is passionate about delivering technical skills in an accessible way. Aleks also coaches for In Your Corner’s young people’s projects across London and firmly believes in the mental and wellness benefits of boxing.
