The groups we run
We combine non-contact boxing with evidence-based psychology to help young people gain confidence, connect with others and achieve emotional wellbeing. We run several empowering, bespoke projects in London that are always free for young people to access. Learn more about each of our current projects and how to access them below.
SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS
We run projects in partnership with schools, providing bespoke programmes that support positive mental health and emotional wellbeing among students.
Our work in schools focuses on Years 5 and 6 at primary level and Key Stages 3 and 4 at secondary level. We have an ongoing partnership with AllChild, who support schools across several West London boroughs, and we offer tailored programmes for staff, too, supporting their wellbeing and facilitating reflective practice.
