Terms and Conditions: Adult Classes
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website and booking a class.

You must be aged 18 years or over to attend any of our classes.
​
Instructors and class schedules are subject to change.

Refunds and cancellations: Individual class bookings can be cancelled and rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours before the class start time. After this, no changes to bookings will be accepted and no refunds will be issued. If you book onto a session within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, you are not entitled to change or cancel the booking.
If In Your Corner cancel a class, your credit or payment will be refunded. We do not operate a wait list, so please be aware that places may become available near to the class start time due to late cancels.

Block booking credits and cooling off period: Sessions purchased as part of multi-class blocks do have
varying expiry dates, so please read the expiry shown on the checkout pages before buying blocks. Session credits and class bookings are not transferable to any other person and you should not allow anyone else to book classes using your credits.
Where you have purchased a block of sessions, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase (cooling off period) by contacting us at help@inyourcorner.uk. If you cancel during the cooling off period and have not booked any sessions then you will be refunded for the full block. If you cancel during the cooling off period and have booked 1 or more sessions then you will be refunded the cost of the block, less the cost of the session/s booked.
Subject to any statutory right of cancellation, payments for blocks are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these conditions. If any session credits remain unused at block expiry date, these are non-refundable.

Promo codes and offers: Promo codes are unique to each offer. Offers are subject to our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time and without notice. Promo codes and offers cannot be re-used and are valid at one per customer.

Photography and video: From time to time there may be photography or filming produced by In Your Corner or an agreed third party for publicity and marketing purposes. You give your consent for any images or videos taken of you to be used by In Your Corner, or by other parties who have been given permission by In Your Corner to take photos/film, for any and all purposes including but not limited to print and digital marketing. You waive any right to inspect or approve any images or recordings, and waive any rights of ownership to the same. If you do not wish to be photographed or videoed, it is your responsibility to tell the film crew, so that your image is not taken.
Access: In Your Corner reserve the right to refuse you access to classes/activities, and suspend or terminate your use of our services if we reasonably consider that your conduct is damaging to our reputation, is in breach of these terms and conditions, or is not respecting
the emotional or physical safety of other participants in our classes.
Data processing: In Your Corner will store and process your personal data securely and in keeping with GDPR (2018). For more details see our Privacy Policy and Data Protection and GDPR Policy.
Variation: We reserve the right to change these conditions at any time. Any changes to the conditions will be effective after the change is published on this website.
