Dr Kathy Adcock
Founder & Clinical Psychologist

I am a Clinical Psychologist and an England Boxing Level 1 Coach.

Favourite Boxer:

Katie Taylor. I love that she is a quiet and humble person, but when she gets into the ring she destroys her opposition and is a truly inspirational fighter!

Favourite way to look after myself:

I am someone with a lot of energy and a very busy brain, so I go boxing or running to help calm down my mind and chill me out.

Carter Singh
Lead Boxing Coach, Connect Project (IYC)

I am a Lead Boxing Coach for Outreach at London Community Boxing Club, and Head Coach & Founder of The EDPT.

Favourite Boxer:

Mike Tyson. Iron Mike is my all time favourite boxer. I admire his innate ability for a quick fire finish. I believe he was the youngest heavyweight boxer who was unified heavyweight champion of the world.

Favourite way to look after myself:

Watch movies, meditate, and travel.

Ella Harris
Boxing Coach, In Your Corner

I'm an elite level amateur boxer for Miguel's ABC, and a GB Boxing Awards Tutor.

Favourite boxer:

Katie Taylor because she's got the whole package  - long range, close range, angles, head movement; whatever a fight needs she can pull it out of the bag!

Favourite way to look after myself:

When I'm in need of rest and recovery I swap out a training session for a light swim followed by a hot chocolate!

Favourite way to look after myself:

Read a book, listen to music or watch a film

I make lists of objectives and goals to achieve. Music is also a big help!
